Job Summary
Lead and develop a Personal Insurance team to achieve growth, profitability, and high client-satisfaction goals. Responsibilities include directing, mentoring, and coaching Personal Insurance Advisors/Account Managers; driving new business and retention; ensuring high-level client service; overseeing day-to-day operations and compliance; maintaining expertise in personal lines products and insurer systems; and sustaining an in-office leadership presence to foster engagement and performance. Requires strong communication, accountability, and the ability to manage KPIs and team performance; travel for training or meetings may be required; in-office role based in Craig, CO with a compensation range of $90,000–$96,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent education and/or work experience in the personal insurance industry is required.
- Must maintain an insurance license as mandated by the Colorado State Department of Insurance and Mountain West Insurance & Financial Services, LLC.
