Personal Lines Regional Manager (Insurance)

Conduct interviews to identify candidates for Personal Lines Account Managers and collaborate with leadership to streamline sales processes. Facilitate meetings with carriers, underwriters, and marketing representatives to enhance training strategies and identify cross-sell opportunities within the portfolio. Manage expenses, resource allocation, and financial performance for the regional personal lines department while reviewing daily activities through audits and analytics. Perform regular one-on-one meetings with Account Managers and supervisors to provide guidance, set performance expectations, and address gaps. Mentor staff, foster relationships with the sales team, and act as a reliable backup for Account Managers as assigned. Develop and communicate a clear vision for the department to drive growth and ensure operational excellence across six Massachusetts offices.
