Job Summary
Identify, qualify, and develop personal insurance opportunities with new and existing clients in person, online, by phone, and through written communication. Maintain and grow relationships via regular follow-up, timely quotations, and ongoing account support; proactively prospect, round accounts, and solicit increases in client coverage; obtain best coverage and bind insurance, then follow up with inspections and documentation. Present policies to insured and educate on coverages and rates; support renewals and retention; monitor sales activity and collaborate with team to achieve targets. Maintain CE and stay informed on industry developments, products, legislation, and technology to improve knowledge and performance. Key skills include licensing and product knowledge, strong presentation, persuasion and negotiation, customer-focused service, relationship management, and proficiency with agency management systems and CRM.
Required Qualifications
- Hold the insurance license required by your state
- minimum of two years personal and commercial lines insurance account management experience
- Prior Allstate sales experience a plus
