Job Summary
Senior Account Executive role leading strategy and service for large Personal Property & Casualty (P&C) clients within World Insurance Associates. Responsibilities include preparing strategy meetings, reviewing exposures and gaps, consulting with Placement teams to optimize placement strategies, facilitating proposals, leading stewardship planning, ensuring coverage confirmations, and coordinating policy details. Requires 5+ years in P&C, a state Property & Casualty license, proficiency with EPIC and carrier systems, and strong client-relations, analytical, and communication skills. Must be highly organized, able to deliver value-added services (including claims review, loss control coordination, and stewardship reporting), and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Education noted as High School diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold state Property & Casualty Insurance License
- 5+ years’ experience in Personal Property & Casualty
- Strong functional knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Experience with agency management systems and Carrier sites
- Knowledge of High Net Worth or loss sensitive program design and coverage forms
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to summarize policies, draft proposals and finance contracts
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements and deliverables with attention to detail
