Personal Lines Manager

Lead the Personal Lines department in driving sales growth, client retention, and operational efficiency while overseeing daily workflows, staffing, and service standards. Manage new business, renewals, endorsements, and claims support to ensure accurate handling of client inquiries and carrier issues. Supervise account managers and administrators through hiring, training, performance feedback, and professional development to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Resolve escalated client and carrier concerns regarding coverage, policy changes, and risk management needs. Maintain a PA Producer License and five years of management experience with a focus on team development and process improvement within Horst Insurance's trusted advisor model.
