Personal Lines Insurance Producer

Personal Lines Insurance Producer sought to proactively grow a self-built book of business with a hybrid work arrangement. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities through referral networks and CRM, making outbound calls to prospective clients and leads, presenting consultative insurance proposals across multiple lines of business, following up until leads are closed, developing client trust to secure renewals and referrals, and maintaining detailed activity records in CRM. The role targets achieving sales goals and leveraging unlimited renewal commissions, with a compensation plan featuring salary plus commissions and long-term earnings potential; benefits include health, 401(k) with match, and a company-funded pension.
