Job Summary
Educate clients on personal insurance and identity theft protection solutions, conduct front-line underwriting and quoting, and serve as a subject matter expert guiding families through coverage options. Utilize pre-qualified leads to secure policies while communicating effectively via telephone for extended periods and through video meetings. Sit and stand for up to seven hours daily, manage stress in a fast-paced environment, and handle time-sensitive tasks requiring immediate communication within a standard 40-hour workweek. This Nashville-based role offers a hybrid schedule with potential full-time remote arrangements for Tennessee residents, supported by a 100-year-old company's broad carrier representation and industry-leading compensation.
