Job Summary
Engage key personnel at Holman's auto dealerships to create awareness for Holman Insurance Services through personal visits, hosted luncheons, and marketing activities. Develop and maintain an active list of introductions and prospects, utilizing telephone, email, and social media to assess household insurance needs across personal, home, property, and life lines. Generate new business applications for Property and Casualty insurance, ensuring timely submission to carriers while adhering to underwriting guidelines and persistent follow-up. Work closely with management to achieve premium and retention targets, acting as a brand ambassador across the organization. This role requires flexibility for evening and Saturday hours and local travel within NJ and PA markets.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year college degree or demonstrated equivalent experience
- Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Minimum of one-year experience in insurance industry
- Has maintained a $25,000 minimum monthly average premium in personal lines with at least 10 households/month
- Maintains a quality book of business – 85% retention and 1.4 policies per household
- Flexibility in work schedule
- Willingness to travel within the local NJ and PA markets
- Must have a 'get it done' attitude
- Willingness to adapt and change as the business grows
