Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager responsible for managing an assigned personal lines book, delivering exceptional client service, renewals, new policy setup, online rating, invoicing, and accounts receivable monitoring in a fast-paced environment. Requires knowledge of insurance products and Applied Epic experience is a plus; bilingual skills are a plus. Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience servicing Personal Lines Insurance Accounts, strong written and verbal communication, professional office etiquette, and the ability to cross-sell to new and existing clients.
