Job Summary
Manage and service an existing book of personal insurance clients by providing exceptional service via phone, email, and in person. Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations while reviewing renewals to obtain quotes and remarket accounts when appropriate. Explain coverage, deductibles, and premiums clearly to clients, assist with billing and claims questions, and communicate with carriers regarding underwriting. Maintain accurate client information in the agency management system, document communications, and identify cross-selling opportunities. Build long-term relationships through responsive, friendly, and professional service while following agency procedures and insurance regulations. Full-time Monday through Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-2pm.

Desired Qualifications
- Previous insurance, customer service, or account management experience
- Property & Casualty insurance license
- Willingness to obtain a license
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

- Comfortable learning and using insurance agency management systems and other technology
