Job Summary
Handle a high volume of inbound phone calls and chat inquiries, servicing accounts and responding to customer inquiries for Personal Lines insurance. Navigate online carrier platforms; assist and train customers in using them. Learn a wide variety of insurance programs and locate relevant information to answer questions quickly. Process non-coverage related policy endorsements and distribute general email inquiries to appropriate staff. Maintain excellent customer service and uphold professional telephone demeanor while supporting West Coast customers within Pacific Time hours. Experience with MS Office and working knowledge of carrier websites are preferred. The role emphasizes customer service excellence, problem solving, and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma or GED or 1-3 months related experience or training
