Personal Lines Customer Services Representative

Job Summary
Handle a high-volume of incoming phone calls and chat inquiries to service Personal Lines accounts; assist customers in servicing accounts; navigate online carrier platforms and train customers in using them; learn a wide variety of insurance programs; perform wildfire and brush mapping reports; process non-coverage related endorsements; distribute general email inquiries and direct phone inquiries to appropriate staff; pursue ongoing personal and professional development. Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with carrier websites and agency management software are beneficial. Hours are Pacific Time, Monday–Friday, serving West Coast customers.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient with MS Office
- Working knowledge of carrier websites
- Experience with Agency Management Software Systems (Preferred)
