Job Summary
Remote Personal Lines Customer Service Representative responsible for assisting clients with cancellations, inquiries, data entry, and policy-related services. Duties include binding, processing endorsements, ordering policies and amendments, verifying policy information, updating certificates of insurance, obtaining loss runs, managing renewals, and preparing proposals for producers. Requires data-entry proficiency, strong organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proficiency with Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook is expected. Location is remote in the United States with potential interaction with Bonita Springs, FL-based agency resources.
Required Qualifications
- High School or higher
- Proficient data entry
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook
- Detail oriented with strong attention to detail
