Job Summary

Provide extraordinary service for an assigned personal lines book, acting as trusted advisor and advocate to protect clients' assets. Responsibilities include policy servicing (endorsements, renewals, coverage questions), billing support, and issue resolution; educate customers on coverage, exclusions, and carrier options; advocate in claims processes; identify cross-sell opportunities; maintain accurate client files in agency management systems; stay current on evolving carrier products and industry offerings; participate in agency marketing and brand awareness initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in personal lines insurance
  • Customer service experience in agency/industry
  • Familiarity with agency-management systems (AMS 360 or Applied Epic is a plus)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to educate clients on coverage options and carrier products
  • Comfort with policy servicing tasks (endorsements, renewals, billing inquiries)
