The Personal Lines CSR is a vital team member in an independent insurance agency, responsible for providing exceptional support in Property & Casualty Insurance, servicing clients, and managing policy documentation, aiming for high client retention.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working for an independent insurance agency
- Experience servicing/quoting/marketing personal lines insurance with multiple carriers, and wholesalers
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Lines CSR/Account Manager
- Must be able to multitask and handle a heavy workload with minimal supervision
- Effective communicator (verbal and written)
