Job Summary
Personal Lines CSR at Superior Insurance Partners focused on delivering high-volume, high-quality customer service for personal lines clients. Responsibilities include handling a large volume of incoming calls, assessing client needs, managing quotes, endorsements, certificates, renewal processes, and identifying gaps in coverage in collaboration with producers. Support renewal pricing, proposals, and binders; grow the book of business through account rounding and referrals; maintain accurate records; and provide clear, effective communication while addressing complaints and ensuring resolution. Requires strong communication, relationship-building, adaptability, teamwork, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Location: Bristol, RI. Licenses: Property & Casualty Insurance license preferred; 3+ years of customer service experience.

- Property and Casualty Insurance License, Preferred
