Personal Lines CSA

Act as the agency representative to clients, fellow professionals, and the public by providing counsel on new and additional insurance needs, explaining coverage types, and identifying risk exposures. Maintain an underwriting renewal review process and a marketing renewal review program for all policyholders while serving as the first line of contact for reporting and assigning claim information. Resolve general customer inquiries and qualify potential prospects through strong interpersonal and communication skills. This hybrid role requires a Connecticut Property & Casualty insurance license and sales skills, with a training period of a few months before the hybrid schedule begins.
