Job Summary
Process endorsements, invoices, and policy cancellations while verifying rates and exposures to ensure accurate records. Handle certificate of insurance requests, billing inquiries, and service requests by adhering to established agency procedures. Collaborate with Senior Insurance Managers for approval reviews and maintain organized agency files. Provide exceptional client service through proactive communication and problem-solving to support retention efforts. Manage incoming mail and prioritize tasks efficiently using Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Required Qualifications
- Active Property and Casualty license
- 2 years of experience in property and casualty servicing
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Repeated use of sight to read documents and computer screens
- Repeated use of hearing and speech to communicate on telephone and in person
- Repetitive hand movements, such as keyboarding, writing, 10-key
- Walking, bending, sitting, reaching and stretching in all directions
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in property and casualty servicing preferred
- Applied Epic experience
- Knowledge of similar Account Management System (AMS)
- Familiarity of carrier systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
