Job Summary
Personal Lines Client Manager responsible for client service across personal property and casualty accounts, including evaluating exposures and renewal quotes, reviewing upcoming renewals, determining accounts for remarket, making coverage recommendations, obtaining quotes via comparative raters, transacting billing, securing signed bindings, and reviewing binding documents. Also responsible for setting up and maintaining account details in EPIC, processing renewals/endorsements/cancellations, organizing documents, initiating endorsements and proofs of insurance, generating standard client communications, and creating activities and tracking items such as MVR, CLUES, and Risk Meters. Requires collaboration with team members, strong Excel/Office skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in Personal Property and Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages
- Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with attention to detail
- Experience with renewals, endorsements, and policy documents
