Job Summary
Communicate directly with clients, prospects, partners, and vendors through various channels to educate, problem-solve, and process requests while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor. Manage a standard-sized or moderately complex group of clients by researching problems, developing solutions, and providing prompt, accurate, and courteous service. Maintain accurate records in agency and partner data management systems and provide feedback to the Division manager on service efficiency. Demonstrate regular, reliable attendance and adhere to all information security and confidentiality requirements. Must be physically able to work 38 hours per week, including long periods of sitting and standing, with the ability to drive and travel unaccompanied in diverse weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience
- Current appropriate licenses, certifications or credentials necessary and applicable to the division, including maintenance of same, or the ability to obtain these licenses, certifications or credentials
- Must be a self-starter and capable of completing tasks with little or no supervision
- Exceptional oral and written communications skills
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to understand and adhere to all requirements related to information security, privacy and confidentiality at all times
- Must be physically able to work 38 hours per week
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time, including while extensively using computers and associated or similar technology
- Must have the ability to hear, see, and speak
- Must be able to stand, sit, walk, use repetitive small motor activity, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel and ascend or descend stairs
- Occasionally required to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and have the ability to operate a motor vehicle
- Must be able to drive and to travel unaccompanied in diverse weather conditions
