Job Summary
Manage client inquiries and policy changes while assisting clients with coverage needs and advocating for their interests. Regularly contact clients to discuss policies and potential updates, communicating with insurance carriers for quotes and endorsements. Review all client renewals to ensure proper coverage and stay updated on industry trends and regulations. This role requires a Property and Casualty license in Tennessee and experience in a high-volume call environment. Candidates must communicate effectively via telephone for extended periods, up to 7 hours per day, and handle stress in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Property and Casualty license in Tennessee
- experience in a high-volume call environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- excellent analytical abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- typing speed of at least 45 WPM

Desired Qualifications
- Nashville-based hires will work in-office during training
- full-time remote arrangements may be available for experienced Personal Lines Account Managers who reside in Tennessee outside the Nashville area
