Job Summary
Personal Lines Account Manager responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of personal insurance clients, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell, acquiring new clients through outbound calling and community events, and retaining clients through education of coverage options and exceptional service. Requires Ohio Property & Casualty License or ability to obtain within 60 days. Role located in Zanesville, OH; full-time, in-person. Strong communication, sales, relationship-building, and compliance-documented skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Ohio Property & Casualty License, or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Comfortable making outbound calls and proactively pursuing sales opportunities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain compliance and documentation standards.
