Job Summary
Personal Lines Account Manager responsible for managing a book of Personal Lines clients, serving as primary contact, handling new business, renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and coverage reviews; provide consultative service, answer coverage questions, collaborate with underwriters and service teams, assist clients through the claims process, and identify cross-sell opportunities to strengthen client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Personal Lines insurance experience preferred
- Property & Casualty License preferred; licensing assistance may be available for the right candidate
- Strong understanding of personal insurance coverages, policies, and client service best practices
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high level of customer service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems
