Job Summary
Personal Lines Account Manager to manage an existing book across auto, home, renters, condo, flood, and boat policies with a service-driven focus. No cold calling; emphasis on quotes, renewals, and tailoring insurance solutions to client needs. Requires at least 1 year of personal lines account management experience; MA P&C license preferred; bilingual Spanish a plus. Full-time, direct hire in Lynn, MA (north of Boston) with on-site work and opportunities for growth. Required Qualifications
- Experience in personal lines account management, including quoting and servicing renewals
- Massachusetts P&C Producer license preferred (agency will provide training if needed)
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
- Strong organizational and client service skills
