Personal Lines Account Manager

Answer client questions regarding payments and notices, process endorsements, and manage a diverse book of house accounts. Cross sell additional lines of business to existing customers once licensed, support designated sales staff, and follow up to ensure tasks reach completion. Appropriately document contact opportunities while acting with professionalism using a sales and service mindset. Handle renewals, re-shops, carrier endorsements, risk control recommendations, and notices of cancellation reinstatement. This full-time in-office role requires carrier knowledge and experience.
