Job Summary
Personal Lines Account Manager responsible for managing and servicing an existing book of personal lines business across home, auto, umbrella, renters, flood, boat, and inland marine policies. Responsibilities include handling renewals, endorsements, binders, certificates, billing inquiries, and claims support; reviewing coverage with clients to ensure policy accuracy; processing policy changes in AMS360; marketing and remarketing policies with multiple carriers; and identifying cross-sell opportunities. Requires 5+ years of personal lines experience, AMS360 proficiency, a P&C license (or ability to obtain within 90 days), and the ability to commute to Middleton, MA for a hybrid work schedule. Compensation includes base salary in the 70k–80k/year range plus commissions, with a full benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of personal lines insurance experience within an independent insurance agency environment
- Hands-on experience using AMS360 for policy servicing, documentation, and client management
- Active Property and Casualty (P&C) license or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Experience servicing multiple personal lines products (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)
- Ability to commute to Middleton, MA for a hybrid work schedule
