Job Summary
Personal Lines Account Manager responsible for servicing an existing book of homeowners and auto policies, handling policy changes, reviewing coverage, cross-selling additional personal lines, obtaining quotes from multiple carriers, and maintaining client records. Hybrid schedule after in-office training (3 days in-office / 2 remote). Requires 3+ years at an independent agency, experience with homeowners/auto, multi-carrier quoting, and cross-selling. Base salary up to 75k/year with a 50% commission tied to cross-selling/account growth plus benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience at an independent insurance agency (not captive)
- Experience servicing personal lines accounts (homeowners and auto)
- Experience quoting and working with multiple insurance carriers
- Experience cross-selling or rounding out existing accounts
