Personal Lines Account Manager

Quote new business and remarket renewals, updating management systems and sending client communications. Respond to client emails, phone calls, and requests for endorsements or certificates while maintaining accurate electronic files. Provide necessary documents, checklists, and proposals, and research coverage questions using support tools like AMS360 and ImageRight. Establish relationships with clients and potential clients via phone, email, and written correspondence, then cultivate new opportunities through consultative selling. Support teammates with follow-ups and assist with other office duties as needed.
