Job Summary
Account Manager for Personal Lines at an independent Wisconsin agency. Responsible for market submissions, client support, quoting and analysis, account maintenance, liaison between clients, vendors, and carriers, renewal-timeline management, and documentation of policy information. Works with a dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer service, educate clients on industry trends, and support agents with new and renewal business. Requires 1+ year of personal lines experience, practical knowledge of quoting tools and data systems, and a Wisconsin Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain one). On-site role in Slinger, WI, with a Monday–Friday weekday schedule and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience specific to personal lines insurance
- Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of personal insurance products, rating structures, and underwriting procedures
- Technical Savvy: Practical knowledge of insurance quoting tools and proficiency in documenting information within data systems
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Operational Excellence: High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and sharp business acumen
- Autonomy: Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities efficiently, accurately, and independently while following established workflows
- License: Wisconsin Property & Casualty Resident Intermediary license (or the immediate ability to obtain one)
- Driver's License: A valid Wisconsin driver’s license with an acceptable driving history
