Job Summary
Conduct daily client servicing including new and renewal business processing, proposal development, and policy change management. Collect and analyze client information to conceptualize coverage solutions, then regularly interact with existing clients to handle endorsement requests, resolve problems, and retain the book of business. Review processed policies, participate in sales meetings, and exercise independent judgment on account matters while adhering to customer service standards. Maintain exceptional client relations through timely responses to general coverage questions and product determinations.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess state required 4-40, 2044 or 2-20 insurance license
- Minimum 3+ years insurance experience preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Some college helpful
- Excellent client service skills to assist in retaining, developing, and growing a client base
- High competence with computers, programs, and software through the entire client life cycle
- Highly professional and self-motivated
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
