Personal Lines Account Executive

As a Personal Lines Account Executive, focus on servicing the book of business and providing steadfast support to assigned Producers. Responsibilities include managing client activities in the Agency Management System, handling policy submissions, changes, cancellations, and billing processes, maintaining quality relationships with clients, carriers, and coworkers, coordinating with underwriters and the support team, ensuring compliance with agency procedures, attending meetings and events, and pursuing ongoing licensing and CE requirements. Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. Education requires a High School diploma or equivalent and an active insurance license per Colorado requirements; prior insurance sales or customer service experience is preferred. Travel for training or client meetings may be required.
