Job Summary
Explain coverages, suggest enhancements, and resolve customer inquiries while making and receiving calls to facilitate quotes. Accurately maintain electronic client account records, process new and renewal business, and bind coverage within authority. Collaborate with producers to enhance client development and service, ensuring all quotes are documented in Image Right. Perform quality assurance on accounts to manage potential coverage or pricing issues. Accept price and bind insurance within underwriting authority, ensuring strong knowledge of issuing Certificates and familiarity with NYS laws. Manage policy maintenance for new, renewal, and changes in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications
- High School degree
- Exceptional aptitude for customer service
- Minimum of 5 years of Personal Lines Insurance industry experience
- Experience with personal lines HNW/VIP carriers
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Upbeat attitude
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills

- Active NYS Property & Casualty Insurance Agent/Broker's License
