Job Summary
Provide quotes and clear information to help customers choose the right insurance policies. Check policies for accuracy and suggest changes if needed while providing excellent customer service. Keep customer records up to date in the system. Collaborate closely with clients, Sales Executives, and trusted carrier partners to place new business and remarket existing accounts. Maintain meaningful connections across the board. This full-time, on-site role operates Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30.
Required Qualifications
- Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Experience in personal lines insurance
- Team player focused on customer satisfaction and retention
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage options, and pricing
Desired Qualifications
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
- experience with agency management systems
