Full-Time Luxury Sales Consultant in a Bellevue, WA showroom. Responsibilities include communicating the Blue Nile difference, delivering white-glove customer service, educating customers on jewelry purchases, setting clear expectations, following up on communications, resolving complex customer-service challenges, maintaining an excellent service culture, and working with showroom management to meet and exceed sales/service goals. Must have strong interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills; ability to stand for long periods; proficiency with computers and data entry; and flexibility in scheduling during retail peaks. Mandarin speaking preferred. Authorized to work in the U.S. Blue Nile emphasizes building long-term relationships with customers to create a “Jeweler for Life” experience.
