Job Summary
Identify, qualify, and develop personal insurance opportunities with new and existing clients through in-person, online, phone, and written communication. Foster relationships via regular follow-up, accurate quotations, and account support while anticipating and responding to client needs. Actively prospect round accounts to solicit coverage increases and network for new clients, including win backs. Obtain best rates, process quotes, bind coverage, and present policies with education on coverages. Support clients for renewal and retention while monitoring key metrics to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with team members, mentor staff, and maintain industry knowledge through ongoing education and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Hold the insurance license required by your state
- Minimum of two years of personal and commercial lines insurance account management experience
- Bachelor's Degree or comparable work experience
- Valid driver's license
- Source of reliable transportation
