Personal Insurance Advisor I (Fort McMurray)

Personal Insurance Advisor role based in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Drive ongoing client needs assessment, advise on insurance matters, and recommend solutions; handle renewals, quote new business, and write policies for existing or new clients. Conduct inquiries, respond to inquiries, prepare documentation for insurers, issue certificates, and coordinate with underwriters and adjusters. Maintain knowledge of underwriting rules and participate in training and community marketing initiatives. Requires High School or post-secondary education and typically 1 year of Personal Insurance experience with strong customer-service and communication skills; prior exposure to Epic is an asset.
