Job Summary
Provide outstanding client service through a positive, friendly manner while educating clients on habitational, travel, and automobile insurance products. Protect individuals' most valuable assets by offering tailored risk solutions and unrelenting advocacy within a diverse team environment. Maintain excellent product knowledge and proficiency in Windows-based computer systems to support claims management and compliance. This role requires a self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Motivated to help support a diverse team and contribute to a team environment
- Pro-active and a self-starter with a keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectivity in both written and verbal
- Works well in a fast paced, client-focused environment
- Proficiency in windows-based computer systems
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
Desired Qualifications
- Level 2 General Insurance License is an asset, but not required
