Job Summary
Personal Insurance Account Manager responsible for managing a diverse book of personal lines, servicing complex client inquiries, maintaining carrier relationships, processing policies and renewals, and supporting sales initiatives. Collaborates with Personal Lines Producers, underwriters, and carriers to ensure accurate policy administration, compliance with regulatory requirements, and timely servicing. Drives client retention through proactive service, renewal recommendations, cross-selling/upselling opportunities, and data-driven insights. Mentors Junior staff, participates in team meetings, and contributes to process improvements, with a focus on customer satisfaction and professional service across Massachusetts offices (Woburn, Danvers, Gloucester, Plymouth, Norwood).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two to three years related experience and/or training
- Minimum of 3 years Personal Lines experience
- Property & Casualty Insurance License required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency with Atlas, Singlepoint and MSBs
- Experience with Epic System a plus
