Job Summary
Conduct personal injury trial litigation for a growing Sumter, SC plaintiff's firm, including 1st or 2nd chair trial experience, deposition work, motion drafting, and settlement negotiations. Manage a large case load while maintaining excellent computer skills and a positive attitude. Candidates must hold a Juris Doctorate in good standing with the SC Bar and possess a portable book of business. Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate and in good standing with the SC Bar
- 5+ years personal injury experience
