Job Summary
The position requires a skilled Personal Injury Trial Attorney with experience managing high-volume personal injury cases. Responsibilities include developing case strategies, attending hearings, and leading trial preparations. Preference is given to candidates with first chair trial experience and strong advocacy skills. This is a remote position focused strictly on applicants residing in California.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of litigation experience with an emphasis on personal injury cases
- Plaintiff Side Personal Injury experience with either Auto Accident, Trucking Accidents, Motorcycle Accidents, Slip & Fall, and Dog Bite cases
- Experience with high volume mediations and settlements
Desired Qualifications
- Trial experience (first or second chair) strongly preferred
- Exceptional oral advocacy, negotiation, and writing skills
- Experience conducting mediations, arbitrations, or settlement conferences
- Strong knowledge of state and federal court rules and procedures
- Client-focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
