Personal Injury Sales Representative

Develop and grow referral relationships with personal injury attorneys, law firms, and community partners through prospecting, networking events, and targeted follow-up. Serve as the primary liaison between referring attorneys and Curis clinics to ensure smooth communication, documentation, and patient scheduling while educating partners on multidisciplinary functional health services. Track and manage leads using CRM tools, coordinate with clinic teams to maintain legal and insurance documentation standards, and monitor case progress regarding treatment plans and discharge summaries. Represent Curis at legal, medical, and community events to expand brand visibility and meet monthly referral and revenue targets. Based in Kansas City, MO with regional travel, this full-time role offers a base salary of $55-65k plus commissions, a $1,000 marketing allowance, and car reimbursement.
