Personal Injury Reductions / Closing Virtual Assistant

Initiate courtesy calls to clients upon case assignment, explain the reduction process, and meticulously log phone calls, case statuses, and documents into online management software. Link releases onto Litify, confirm PIP benefits, validate damages with a complete provider list, and negotiate bills with medical providers. Confirm balances due, send reductions promptly, and address client queries every two weeks while conducting case reviews and productivity audits. Answer and route incoming calls, relay messages, and provide clerical support including faxing and file organization. Obtain insurance coverage information, follow up on medical treatment, request medical records, and communicate with insurers to update adjuster information. This full-time independent contractor role requires fluent English and Spanish, strong communication skills, and a Windows PC with 16 GB RAM.
