Job Summary
Manage cases from pre-demand through demand or post-demand through settlement and transfer to litigation. Request medical records, prepare demand packages and medical bill outlines, and draft supplemental demands. File Civil remedy Notices, draft and audit settlement statements, perform distributions, and hire expert witnesses. Draft complaints and prepare cases for litigation using attorney-driven checklists. Requires pre-suit personal injury experience, PIP/UM/BI/PD claim handling, and strong multitasking skills. Base salary $45,000–$65,000 with monthly bonuses. Required Qualifications
- pre-suit personal injury case manager experience with at least 1 year of experience
- ability to multi-task
- understand and have experience with handling PIP, UM, BI, and PD claims
- understand and prepare a case for demand
- Great customer service, verbal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with an ability to multitask in a team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual is a plus, Spanish
