Job Summary
Manage plaintiff personal injury litigation cases from filing through resolution by drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and court filings. Conduct depositions, court appearances, mediations, and settlement conferences while negotiating settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel. Maintain communication with clients and litigation support staff, ensuring all client consultations, document reviews, and correspondence are conducted in both English and Spanish. Requires a Juris Doctor, active New York State Bar membership, and minimum two years of recent motor vehicle accident litigation experience. Full-time onsite role in New York City for Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, including the ability to conduct client consultations, review documents, draft correspondence, and communicate professionally in both languages.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing with the New York State Bar.
- Minimum 2 years of recent Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation experience handling motor vehicle accident litigation.
- Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in New York City.
