Job Summary
Manage 50+ active pre-litigation personal injury files simultaneously using Filevine, maintaining accuracy and forward momentum on every case. Walk clients through the intake process, serve as their consistent point of contact, and develop relationships by understanding their human stories beyond paperwork. Request, organize, and review medical records and bills to track treatment progress, while drafting and sending settlement opportunity letters and demand packages to insurance carriers. Communicate regularly with clients, adjusters, and medical providers to keep cases moving, and monitor deadlines to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Collaborate with attorneys, case strategists, and lien specialists to develop case strategy and position cases for the best possible outcome.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years as a personal injury paralegal with a focus on pre-litigation case workup
- Spanish speaking (Bilingual)
- Demonstrated ability to manage 50 or more active cases simultaneously without sacrificing quality or missing deadlines
- Proven proficiency with Filevine case management software
- Solid understanding of liens, medical records, intake/onboarding, and drafting demand letters
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of a caseload with minimal supervision
- High emotional intelligence, empathy, and commitment to a drama-free, client-centered environment
