Job Summary
Answer client questions, provide updates, guide clients through medical treatment, review records, liaise with experts, schedule mediations, and prepare for or attend trials. Think critically to keep cases moving for a wide spectrum of clients while working alongside well-respected attorneys. This role requires 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience in personal injury, bilingual English/Spanish skills, and the ability to handle high-volume work. You must work M-F fulltime from the downtown Durham or Raleigh office, as remote work is not available. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal in personal injury or a similar field
- Organized
- Decisive
- Able to handle a high volume of work
- Must be able to work M-F fulltime from downtown Durham, N.C office and/or Raleigh office
- Remote work is not available for time role
Desired Qualifications
- Additional experience working in pre-litigation
