Job Summary
Entry-level Personal Injury/Medical Malpractice Attorney in New York (Garden City office with NYC/Brooklyn/Queens presence). Must be admitted to practice in New York and in good standing; prior Personal Injury experience preferred. Responsibilities include making court appearances, managing caseloads, drafting documents (bills of particulars, pleadings, discovery, motions, appellate briefs), assisting partners, utilizing the case management system, maintaining positive client relationships, and contributing as a team player. In-person position with competitive benefits including 401(k) with matching, health, dental, vision insurance, and PTO. Required Qualifications
- Admitted to practice law in the State of New York, Eastern and Southern Districts
