Job Summary
Manage case files from intake through trial preparation, drafting legal documents such as summonses, complaints, and discovery responses. Obtain and organize medical records, accident reports, and critical case documents while communicating with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies. Prepare deposition, mediation, and trial materials, and manage court calendars, filing deadlines, and case status updates. Answer phones and assist with new potential client calls and intakes as needed. This role requires 5+ years of experience in personal injury matters. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working on personal injury matters
