Job Summary
Draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence; propound and respond to discovery including interrogatories and requests for production. Manage e-filing and service of pleadings while reviewing, organizing, and summarizing medical records, bills, and wage loss documentation. Coordinate depositions by managing notices, subpoenas, and exhibits, and assist with trial preparation and exhibit organization. Prepare settlement demand packages and assist with damages analysis while maintaining litigation calendars and deadlines. Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and opposing counsel. Requires 2+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience and proficiency in Filevine. Day shift from Monday to Friday with 8-hour hours.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Plaintiff's Personal Injury Paralegal
- 2+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience
- 2+ years of paralegal experience
- Strong understanding of personal injury litigation from pre-lit through trial
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Confidence handling cases in a high-volume litigation environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a high attention to detail

- Experience in Filevine case management system
