Job Summary
Manage a personal injury litigation caseload from intake through resolution by meeting with clients, evaluating claims, and developing practical case strategies. Draft and respond to litigation documents, discovery, and demand packages while communicating with insurers and opposing counsel regarding claims, demands, and settlement negotiations. Prepare cases for trial as needed and collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff to keep cases moving efficiently. Required Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- 2+ years of personal injury experience (plaintiff or defense)
- Active bar license in the state of the office you're applying to, in good standing
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
